1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Servana application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. LICENSE GRANT
================================================================================

Servana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
================================================================================

The following subscription plans are available:

PLAN DETAILS:
- Pro Monthly: Automatically renews monthly (₹49/month)
- Pro Yearly: Automatically renews yearly (₹499/year)
- Business Monthly: Automatically renews monthly (₹149/month)
- Business Yearly: Automatically renews yearly (₹1,499/year)
- Lifetime Pro: One-time purchase, no auto-renewal (₹999)

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:
- Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.
- Your iTunes/Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate corresponding to your selected plan.
- Subscription costs may vary by location.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

CANCELLATION:
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
1. Opening the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad/Mac
2. Tapping your name → iTunes & App Store
3. Tapping your Apple ID → View Apple ID
4. Scrolling to "Subscriptions"
5. Selecting the subscription → Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

- Full attendance tracking
- Cloud sync across devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- PDF export for reports
- Advanced attendance reports
- All Pro features for unlimited duration

BUSINESS PLANS (Monthly/Yearly):
- Everything in Pro
- Multi-location support
- Team collaboration features
- Advanced reporting & analytics
- Priority support

LIFETIME PRO:
- One-time payment (₹999)
- All features from current and future Pro tier
- Unlimited helpers
- Cloud sync across all devices
- PDF exports and advanced reports
- No recurring charges
- Lifetime access to all Pro features

6. PRIVACY & DATA

Your use of Servana is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

KEY PRIVACY COMMITMENTS:
- All data is encrypted locally on your device
- We do not collect or track personal information
- No data is shared with third parties
- You can delete your data anytime
- No accounts or login required

7. DEVICE STORAGE

Your subscription allows you to store and sync attendance data across multiple Apple devices through iCloud when you have an active Pro, Business, or Lifetime subscription.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
================================================================================

All content, features, and functionality of Servana are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free from viruses or harmful components

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Data loss or corruption
- Business interruption
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of use or data

This applies even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. MODIFICATIONS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For subscription plans, material changes to pricing will be communicated 30 days in advance.

14. TERMINATION

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though you may retain any data you've created on your device.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
